NEWSLETTER FOR THE END OF SECOND TERM 2021/2022 SESSION

Dear Esteemed Parents/Guardians,

We have come to the end of second term 2021/2022 session. We are grateful to almighty God for a wonderful term. To you

our dear parents, you are simply amazing and we thank you for all your support and understanding.

Please, take a moment to read through the newsletter as there are a lot of information that will interest you and positively

affect your wards.

VALENTINE’S DAY CELEBRATION

On Monday 14th February, 2022 the children celebrated Valentine’s Day. The day was earmarked worldwide to celebrate

love. Our children were not left out in the celebration. The school wants the children to cultivate the habit of giving and

showing love to one another. ‘When there is love, there will be no room for bullying.

INTRA-HOUSE SPORTS COMPETITION

On Friday 18 th March, 2022 Intra-House Sports Competition was held. It is a biannual (every tw0 years) event in Minn

Cedar Private School. The event featured series of competitive sports events between three (3) Houses which are Cedar,

Oak and Pine Houses. The Intra-House Sports was full of fun for both pupils and parents in attendance. Our kids

continues to grow in proficiency and confidence in team spirit and fair play. At the end, Pine House came out victorious

as the champion of the day.

GRADUATION CEREMONY

The school will be having her annual graduation ceremony to mark the completion of Preschool and Grade come next

term. Kindly note that Minn Cedar Private School does not encourage or graduate pupils of Grade five (5) but those that

wish to leave from Grade five should notify the school authority on the above matter. The fee for the graduating pupils

from Preschool is sixteen thousand five hundred naira only (N16,500. 00) which is in the school bill of the Preschool two

pupils.

SOFT COPY OF RESULT, BILL & NEWSLETTER

This is to inform you that from now going forward the result, bill and newsletter will be sent as soft copy through

WhatsApp. Kindly ensure you check your WhatsApp for the above documents. SCHOOL VACATION & RESUMPTION

The school officially vacates on Friday, 8th April, 2022 to resume on Monday 25th April, 2022 to kick start the third term

of 2021/2022 academic session. The pupils are expected back to school neatly dressed in recommended school uniform

and footwear (black covered shoe). Only pupils with prove of full payment will be permitted into the school premises and

also for bus pickups.
